These are the general terms and conditions of JUST ENJOY IBIZA, which operates in Spain through the company Just Enjoy Ibiza S.L with N.I.F. B56880875 and fiscal address at Avenida Sant Jordi, 48-52, 07817, Ibiza, Spain. The method of contact is through this Web, to the mail info@justenjoyibiza.com and to the telephone +34 692 688 348.

1. BOOKING

The client can book online at www.justenjoyibiza.com, mail info@justenjoyibiza.com and phone +34 642 453 952. The reservation will be confirmed once at least 50% of the total amount of the rental price has been received and confirmed with an email with the details of the reservation.

The remaining 50% must be paid between one week before and the day of the reservation, before the beginning of the enjoyment of the rental, for all the days reserved.

The payment will always be in Euros and can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (subject to an additional 2% fee)
  • Cash on the day of the charter

2. CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date: 100% of deposit refundable or transferable to another date
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before the charter date: 50% of deposit refundable or 100% transferable to another date
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before the charter date: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion

For weather-related cancellations determined by the captain or port authorities, we offer 100% rescheduling with no additional fees.

3. FUEL

IMPORTANT: Fuel is NOT included in the charter price. Fuel is charged separately based on actual consumption.

4. LIABILITY

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel during the charter period due to negligence or misuse. It is recommended to carefully review the condition of the boat before departure.

5. SAFETY

Your safety is our top priority. All our boats are equipped with the required safety equipment. The captain has final authority over all navigation decisions.
